By joining our digital waitlist:

  • You acknowledge that joining a waitlist does not guarantee a table at a specific time.

  • You consent to receive transactional updates regarding your status and marketing communications via Squarespace Email Campaigns (which you may opt out of at any time).

3. Age Restrictions & House Rules

  • The Restaurant: Open to all ages.

  • The Pub: While the Pub is family-friendly during the day, it is strictly 21+ after 9:00 PM. We reserve the right to verify identification and refuse service to anyone unable to provide valid proof of age.

  • Conduct: We reserve the right to remove any guest from the premises or our digital platforms who engages in disruptive, illegal, or harassing behavior.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including the "The 1879" logo, photography of our historic building and original brickwork, menu descriptions, and graphic design—is the property of The 1879 and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without express written consent.
